TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercises can help build power, flexibility, core strength and endurance. There are hundreds of different exercises, progressions and combinations to help one achieve their individual fitness goals. It’s one of the best ways to enhance real, functional training, endurance, mobility and power.

TRX SCHEDULE:
Tuesdays:
    5pm - 6pm TRX Group Class
    6pm - 7pm TRX Group Class
    Space in Group Class is limited to 5 participants.

TRX Rates:
$150 - ten 60 minute group sessions. $15 per session.
    OR $20 - single 60 minutes group session.
$20 - 30 minutes personal training session
$40 - 60 minutes personal training session
