Chris has been training martial arts for over 30 years. He has black belts in multiple striking, grappling and self defense disciplines. Along with the eastern martial arts styles Chris has coached and trained wrestling and boxing for years. He has competed and coached in all realms of competition including kickboxing, muay thai, MMA, grappling, wrestling, Tae Kwon Do, etc....It is this eclectic blend of eastern and western martial arts and training methods that is the trademark of success in mixed martial arts and is at the roots of our base self defense style. 

Chris has trained with and been instructed by world champion kickboxers, jiu jitsu stylist, and wrestlers and it is this knowledge that is used to create the best training methods for success.

Kaleb Young


Kaleb Young has beeen training martial arts for over 20 years. He is an accomplished mixed martial arts competitor. He is an expert in a wide range of martial arts including grappling and striking. Kaleb hold a 1st degree black belt in Karate and a 2nd degree black belt in Krav Maga. He has trained under Chris Cromer for 15 years and teaches most of the in house Krav Maga classes. Kaleb is the youngest IKI Krav Maga black belt currently in the world.

Suzanne Cromer

 

Suzanne Fernandez-Cromer has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry. She is a certified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor through Balanced Body, Powerhouse Pilates, and Fitour with continuing education through Peak Pilates, Stott Pilates, Elizabeth Larkin, Polestar and more. Suzanne is also trained and certified in the following areas:  AFAA group fitness specializing in kickboxing and yoga, ACE Personal Training, Les Mills Training in the following areas:  Body Combat, Body Flow, and Body Pump, and indoor cycling through Johnny G and Reebok. She is First Aid, CPR and AED certified.

 

Suzanne is a knowledgeable fitness trainer with a strong passion for inspiring clients at any age or fitness level to improve their strength, flexibility, endurance, nutrition and overall well being. She takes great pride in helping her clients achieve their optimal level of health and fitness goals.

 

 

 

Richard Pinto
Head Trainer


Richard is an international Brazilian Jiu Jitsu champion with years of experience in the fitness industry. His specialties are functional strength movement and speed and agility training for athletes and non-athletes. Richard currently trains and competes at the highest levels of his sport. He coaches and trains several UFC athletes. Richard brings these skills to the development of the HiiT15 system.
