The ultimate 60 minute work-out. Reach your full potential during 60 second rounds of a variety of increasingly high intensity kickboxing exercises. Three fitness levels and over 3,000 workout combinations accomplish maximum cardio training, strength gain, and caloric burn. It is lead by certified trainer, Suzanne Fernandez-Cromer, with a warm-up, 15 stations, combination drills, intense core training, and cool down. Class is limited to 15 participants.
